You as a media consumer

In order for you to practise your new skills, you will need to produce a GLOGSTER all about you as a media consumer.

This means you need to look at all the ways in which you consume media and which programmes, stations, artists and stars you like etc.

http://www.glogster.com/login - NOT glogster edu!!

YOUR TASK
Using GLOGSTER (and not EDU Glogster), create a poster that you think represents your use of media. Log in is coombemediastudent p/w is the usual - surname of miss plus room number she teaches in (but you can set up your own free account).

You need to download and clip/crop images from the internet and edit in PREVIEW.

You can annotate these images too in PREVIEW (- adding text boxes, bubbles and callouts (Speech boxes) - see 'Tools') as well as right in GLOGSTER.

You should label any images that might be unclear to others.

MEDIA USE:

Consider the following:
Advertising - still and moving (including any 'covert' advertising)
TV
Cinema
DVD/Blu-Rays
Films - internet/tv/mobile/ipad
Phones - mobile incl iPad
Radio
Billboards (big posters)
Music
Bands/Band websites
The internet itself - think Google :-)
Social Media
Video games
